Itomic exhibited at HCJ 2026 (International Hotel & Restaurant Show / Food & Catering Show / Kitchen Equipment & Machinery Exhibition), held at Tokyo Big Sight from Tuesday, February 17 to Friday, February 20, 2026.
The new product on display this time is the “EHWD-UNDER,” an under-sink model of the tabletop hot water dispenser that has been highly requested. (Scheduled for release in 2026)
Retaining all the features of the EHWD—which has been well-received as a hot water dispenser for drinking due to its stable water flow and ease of use—we are introducing a new, separated-faucet design to make it easier to install at face-to-face counters in cafes and similar establishments. We expect that the ability to select a polished faucet that matches the store’s interior will expand the range of installation options.
We have also made minor updates to the existing tabletop EHWD model, and we received many inquiries from our customers.
